This is the first time ive seen a footballer being interviewed that actually answers honestly and shows his personality, all other footballers do when being interviewed is talk in the same boring monotone voice with obvious cliche answers like ‘Yeah it was a great game, we played well, happy to get the win, happy to get 3 points, we just have to focus on the next game now’ blah blah blah etc etc

Gareth Southgate was a giant disappointment as an England player, even more as a manager ? Just a yes man, picking a team for politics instead of a team of hungry winners. Not that you would consider it remotely to be an English team anymore . Best known for his pathetic Pizza advert in my opinion.

He is a class act, he's a very humble, likeable character but that doesn't mean he should go to the euros. Kane and Calvert-Lewin are clear and even if there is a third striker spot, there are a handful of players that should be above him in the pecking order.

One of the more consistent players no idea why he doesnt get called up.
